Case Study: From Stressed Executive to Thriving Human – How a Health Retirement Plan Changed the Game

Let me introduce you to James (not his real name), a client who came to me just before his 60th birthday. James is one of those people who seems to have it all. A sharp mind, a high-profile career, a beautiful home, and even a personal trainer he saw three times a week.

But underneath the polished exterior, James knew something wasn’t right.

His blood pressure was creeping up. He often felt wired but tired. He’d push through long days and tell himself he was “just powering on.” And yet, despite all the exercise and healthy eating, he didn’t feel vibrant. In fact, he felt flat.
